The Lyme Town Board will hold a special meeting on December 30, 2024, at 3:30 P.M. at the Town Office, 12175 NYS RTE 12E, Chaumont, NY, to conduct a year-end review and any other business that may come before the Board.

Air Compressor Bid
The Town of Lyme is accepting bids for an Ingersoll Rand Air Compressor. The air compressor still works properly and is available for viewing at the Town Highway Garage.
Sealed bids will be accepted until the close of business at 4:00 p.m. on January 6, 2025. Bids may be submitted by mail to Lyme Town Clerk, PO Box 66, Chaumont, NY 13622, hand-delivered to the Town Clerk’s Office, 12175 NYS Route 12E, Chaumont, NY 13622, or emailed to lymetownclerk@townoflyme.com. Bids will be opened on January 8, 2025, during the regular monthly Town Board Meeting. The Town Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.

Notice is hereby given that the Town Board of the Town of Lyme, Jefferson County, New York, at a regular meeting thereof, held on November 13, 2024, duly adopted, subject to a permissive referendum, a resolution, an abstract of which is as follows:
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF SURPLUS PROPERTY TO DAVID AND NANCY PAGE ____________________________________
SUBJECT TO PERMISSIVE REFERENDUM,
WHEREAS, the Town acquired a parcel of land in 1983 located at 61.13-1-9 Three Mile Point Road in said Town
WHEREAS, it is no longer necessary for the Town to retain said property, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Lyme, in regular session duly convened, does hereby authorize and direct the Town Supervisor of said Town to execute and deliver to David and Nancy Page the parcel of land located at 61.13-1-9 Three Mile Point Road, Chaumont, NY 13622, subject to a permissive referendum as permitted by law.
