PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Lyme is accepting sealed bids from qualified individuals or companies to provide cleaning services for the restroom facilities located at Veteran’s Park, 12200 NYS Route 12E, Chaumont, New York 13622.

Services shall include cleaning of the restroom facilities twice per week from May 1, 2026 through September 30, 2026, as well as additional cleanings following any scheduled events.

Sealed bids must be submitted to the Town of Lyme Clerk, PO Box 66, Chaumont, New York 13622, or delivered in person to the Town Office, 12175 NYS Route 12E, Chaumont, New York 13622.

Please submit bids by April 6, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. Bids will be publicly opened at the Town of Lyme Town Board meeting on April 9, 2026 at 6:30 p.m.

The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The successful bidder will be required to provide proof of insurance prior to award and a completed W-9.

The regular Town Board meeting of the Town of Lyme, originally scheduled for Wednesday, April 8, will now be held on Thursday, April 9 at 6:30 PM. The meeting will take place at the Town of Lyme Municipal Office, located at 12175 NYS Route 12E, Chaumont, NY 13622.

The Town of Lyme is seeking to fill the following positions as soon as possible:

• Planning Board Secretary – $20/hour
• Water Board Secretary – $20/hour

The Planning Board meets once a month on the first Tuesday of the month @ 6:30 p.m.

The Water Board meets once a month on the fourth Wednesday of the month @ 6:00 p.m.
