JEFFERSON COUNTY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING. The Town of Lyme Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 16, 2024 at 6:30 pm at the Town of Lyme Municipal Building, 12175 Rt 12E, Chaumont, NY 13622 to hear the following:

Scott Kolb ( applicant) for Mark Robert (owner) property northeast of Selter Rd Three Mile Bay NY 13693 Tax parcels 70.05.1-63.1 and 70.05.1-63.3 for relief from Town of Lyme Subdivision Law section 520 #3.  

Michael O’Reilly ( applicant) for Maureen Shaw (owner) 10159 Co. Rt. 125 Chaumont, NY 13622 Tax parcel 71-06-1-78 for a variance for a side setback for a shed.
