        PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a Local Law has been introduced before the Town Board of the Town of Lyme to Opt Out of Real Property Law – RPTL §487 in the Town of Lyme, Jefferson County, New York. 

        PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing in connection with the Town Opting Out of Real Property Law – RPTL §487 in respect to various renewable energy projects will be held at the Town Offices, 12175 NYS Route 12E, Chaumont, New York on September 13, 2023 at 6:20 p.m. An opportunity to be heard in regard thereto will then and there be given to all persons interested in this proposed legislation.
