Town of Lyme, New York Proposed Local Law: Solar and Solar Battery Storage Law

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a Local Law has been introduced before the Town Board of the Town of Lyme to address Solar Facilities and Solar Battery Storage within the Town.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the continued public hearing in connection with the proposed legislation will be held at the Municipal Office, located at 12175 NYS Route 12E, Chaumont, New York on July 10, 2024 at 6:10 PM. An opportunity to be heard in regard thereto will then and there be given to all persons interested in this proposed legislation.
